Famous Night Club

1:20 A.M and the 11,000 square foot venue was being captivated with 90’s hardcore dancehall music. VIP was scanty but that did not stop the few present to "get wild" to the jugglings of the resident DJ. The state of the art lighting  lit  the sizable dance floor where clubbers mingled. The air conditioner was “on point” as even the dance fanatics were not seen “busting a sweat”. At this time the “Appleton Inclusive” period had already ended but the bars were still kept busy. The bartenders and mixologists worked tirelessly to avoid a queue when serving patrons. By 2:45 the club was in full swing and in one instance a group in VIP had their table moved downstairs to the main dance floor as it was where the “hype” was. 

Located on Port Henderson Road, Famous Night Club operates Thursday to Saturday between the hours of 10 P.M to 4 A.M with each night reflecting a different theme. The operators Kingston Live Entertainment (KLE) with sponsorship from telecoms giant Lime, found a way to host up to 2000 patrons and enthrall them with premium liquor, affordable prices (entry and bar), scintillating music in an entertaining environment. As a first time visitor to Famous I will say that I was impressed with the venue as it can and has been compared to the hottest clubs in Miami. The hosts and security personnel’s were attentive and hospitable. If ever you are looking for that true club vibe, be sure to give Famous a visit.
